An opportunity for us (ICEL Networking & Communications Group)to pick up, on and build from, the 'reality blog' of July 2006, share new thoughts and ideas on experiential ways of learning, spread the word and extend the network with the 2008 Conference in view and whatever occurs to us as a way of generating wider interest and skill in experiential learning.
I am happy we have this up and running! Hopefully this can be used as a great tool for all of us to keep in contact! Especially, since the 2008 ICEL program will be here shortly!
Good to learn that you have picked up the trail, Stephanie. I was beginning to despair that this blog would ever work. I'd like to hear ideas from everyone about how we could progress in our task of networking and sharing ideas that might engage more people with the 2008 conference in mind.
I've just remembered the SAGSET (the G and S stand for Games and Simulations) annual conference: `Putting Fun into Education and Training though Games to be held in Manchester on 16-18 July. Maybe I'll go to that and chat to few people or better still run something that makes a real link with ICEL 2008.
